Compliance documents, approved samples, inspection criteria, and shipment records must all refer to the same production model. We help keep those details aligned.
Documentation availability varies by model. Report numbers, battery transport documents, and destination-market requirements are reconfirmed during quotation. UN38.3 and BQB records should be verified before order approval where applicable.

Quality is easier to manage when requirements are measurable. The approved sample, BOM, artwork files, color reference, packaging specification, test method, AQL level, and defect definitions should be agreed before the production deposit.
For higher-risk or first-time orders, third-party inspection can be added before final payment or shipment release.
